OCR Training With Coach Jaz
The O.C.R community is one of strength, courage, and camaraderie. We embody what it means to have strength in numbers. So, come out, get physical, and show yourself what you’re capable of! West Coast Obstacles will assemble some of the most common obstacles you will conquer in an O.C.R (Obstacle Course Race). Including a Rope climb. 16′ Olympus wall, 8’ vertical wall, weighted sled pull, spear throwing stations, Atlas stones and more. Certified personal trainer, “Coach JAZ” will be conducting a group workout focusing on body weight exercises and obstacle training. We will provide you with the skills needed to conquer the obstacles that you face both on and off the course.
This event is open to all levels of fitness. We will accommodate every one of all ages and sizes. Children 16 are and under must be accompanied with a consenting paying adult. WCO assumes no responsibility for injury, muscle strain or fatigue but we will strongly suggest that you get up, get out, get moving and start living. I am Coach Jaz, Fitness Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist. I work with people to help create actionable tools to assist in reaching ones desired fitness goals. Understanding the struggles of weight management is important, to helping others, and I have lived this struggle in the past myself.
